Founding and Managing Partner

Atty. Gabriel S. Gaspan, J.D. is a lawyer with a proven track record in various practice areas of law, including corporate housekeeping, investments and securities, corporate governance, labor, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, criminal/civil litigation, family relations, regulatory compliance, and business-related concerns.

Beyond traditional practice, Atty. Gaspan has actively integrated and incorporated technological advancements in his legal work and honed his expertise on emerging fields such as AI, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Data Privacy, Gaming (e-sports), and Cybersecurity. 

Before co-founding G&G Law, Atty. Gaspan served as the Head of Legal and Compliance for an Oil Conglomerate in the Philippines. In this role, he was at the forefront of the company's legal and regulatory affairs, leading representation in litigation, provide guidance on how to navigate legal complexities for the Company, and spearheaded compliance and coordination with government agencies such as the SEC, GCG, LGUs, LBP, DOF, BIR, DOLE, FDA, ARTA, FOI, and OGCC.

His professional expertise is further strengthened by his robust academic background, holding a Juris Doctor from Arellano University and a B.S. in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines - Diliman.

Founding Partner

Atty. Fatima Denise T. Gal, J.D. brings a wealth of experience in infrastructure, transportation, land acquisition, PPP projects, corporate and government affairs, data privacy, property, litigation, procurement, and public policy.

Prior founding G&G Law, Atty. Gal gained significant experience in both the public and private sectors. Her roles as Stakeholder Engagement Head and Government Affairs Manager for two of the biggest Multi-National Corporations in the Philippines honed her skills in navigating complex regulatory environments, corporate governance, and resolving high-stakes disputes. 

Notably, she led due diligence and community collaboration for an expressway project ensuring compliance with international standards, managed public consultations, stakeholder relationships, and crisis communications for major infrastructure projects, among others.

Atty. Gal is likewise involved and participated in  multiple international conventions showcasing her initiative for global collaboration and her ability to engage on an international scale. 

Atty. Gal also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law and a Bachelor in Political Science Major in International Studies (Cum Laude) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
